Kanu and Okocha were the best eva players for Nigeria hands down and mayb Terrible West f*** the rest of the Nigerian players they all sucks! eazzzzzzzzzzzy. thumbs up if you can really remember them playing in the 90s and shinin.
I was even disappointed when he was substituted in the last Nigerian game in this past world cup when he was the best player on the pitch. Watch that game, Kanu didn’t lose a single ball. Was he injured? Did they take him out as a farewell since that was probably him last game for the national team? That’s all I have to say.
Ok, after getting so many responses from my earlier comments, I will say one or two things. Yes, Kanu did fairly good and I’ve always been a big fan, but after heart surgery he was never given a chance to play for another big team again over an extended period of time. Worse comes to worse, Kanu should’ve played for Arsenal until he retired, like other famous players did. Looks like nobody believed in him but the fans.
English league killed his game, yeah he had some successful seasons, especially with arsenal, but he should’ve stayed in holland or even go to spain (those 2 leagues were perfect for someone with skill like his). English league (including FA cup) is overated. I hope I don’t offend nobody.
I was talking about teams that he ended up playing after he feft Arsenal. My comment was my attempt to reflect how he failed to reach his potential in the world of football.
Football fans- go to that web site: twiigs(dot)com/embed?pid=35590, and vote for the best 5 club teams in history of Football. Ther is a poll I have made.
Kanu was on the way to become the best player in the world ever, but then they had to ‘slow him down’, if you know what I mean.
This guy was doing some amazing things on the field, pure genius….it’s sad how he ended up on those no-name english teams that have no history in the world of soccer. really sad.
A canoe is a small narrow boat, typically human-powered, though it may also be powered by sails or small electric or gas motors. Canoes are usually pointed at both bow and stern and are normally open on top, but can be decked over i.e. covered, similar to a kayak. In its human-powered form, the canoe is propelled by the use of paddles, usually by two people. Paddlers face in the direction of travel, either seated on supports in the hull, or kneeling directly upon the hull. Paddling can be contrasted with rowing, where the rowers usually face away from the direction of travel and use mounted oars though a wide canoe can be fitted with oarlocks and rowed. Paddles may be single-bladed or double-bladed.
